    if you want to be close to the bars and hoes it.s Nana. If a nice place I recommend Swiss Lodge. Close to Skytrain, patpong and Silom Road.

Hi.. For me, I will choose Asia Hotel.. which is just next to the Ratchathewi BTS Station.. Conveniently located near the shopping belts of Siam, and there are many shops just next to the hotel.. Internet cafe, 7-11, Thai foot-massage, Thai restaurants, provision shops.. I have tried some other hotels like Eastin Hotel, Twin Towers and Asha, but my friends and I still prefer Asia Hotel.. It's not a high-class hotel though, but I feel it's comfortable enough and economic for the family and travellers.. Do consider Asia Hotel.. http://www.asiahotel.co.th/bangkok.htm

Nana Hotel is the nearest to the Nana skytrain station in the Sukhumvit area of Bangkok.

Have a look at Bangkok hotels on the OVC site they seem to have everything from the Shangrila to backpacker specials and as a frequent visitor the rates look good, especialy those with the best rate guarantee. Wherever you go in Bangkok you will have great time it is one of the great places to visit

the park hotel is the best i think. in bangkok, i'd say i absolutely love Plaza Athenee because its on Wireless, near Sathorn, very near Rama 4, Near Sukhumvit,and Near Ploenchit so its got a real good location;and the hotel is lovely too. the Oriental is also good but hell expensive. hope that helped
