Can someone translate some Indonesian for me, please?

Can someone translate what he wrote in Thai for me? And translate what I want to write to him please?

    Your friend is so fashionable. The Thai words are teen way of writing. If you are not a Thai, then do not expect to understand it. ฝืนเขียนน้าเนี่ยมีแต่คนเขียนอังกิด means "I need to force my self to write this, because others are all writing in English" Grammartically correct should be "ฝืนเขียนนะเนี่ยมีแต่คนเขียนอังกฤษ" ด้ายแค่น้านแหละ means "That's it" Grammartically correct should be "ได้แค่นั้นแหละ" Hi, how was your day? หวัดดี เป็นยังไงบ้าง I'm (I'll fill me name in thai here by my self) ผม(male)/ฉัน(female)ชื่อว่า... you know who I am already right? รู้แล้วใช่ไหมว่าผม(male)/ฉัน(female)คือใ… What else do you have apart from Hi5? นอกจากไฮไฟว์แล้ว ยังทำอะไรอีกละ
