What are some good things to buy from thailand?

If you're a girl; Pyjamas! LOL. Because I'm a girl and when my uncle went to Thailand he got me bunch of cute pj's! Like it's rare near here where I live. Stuff animals. They are so cute, again. Almost every country in Southeast Asia (Asians) in my opinion have frigging cute stuffs like literally kind of like anime-ish and if you don't live near a place with those kind of stuffs you should totally get it. Jewelry? LOL. I like gold and simple. Like a necklace that have like your animal year (mine is a cow/ox) or something. Bracelets too with like cute bells! Hehe, there's lots. =) I know it doesn't sound like 14yrsold-ish but trust me you would want it ^_^.

I don't know what you like, if you're male or female, where your Dad will be in Thailand, but here are some ideas: - Thai stamps are really cool. All your Dad has to do is go to major post office, and they'll have lots of different kinds of stamps on display for sale, in different categories like birds, the Royal family, etc. - Buddha images are everywhere, Buddhas of all sizes. - Chatuchak Weekend Market in Bangkok is huge and mind-blowing. If your Dad goes there he'll see tons of stuff that he'll think you'll like. - The area around Siam Square is Bangkok's shopping mecca, catering to all needs and incomes. - If your Dad still hasn't found something, or is looking for one more thing as the icing on the cake, there's always the airport duty free area just before he gets on the plane home.

i agree with return of no. a trip to thailand along with your dad will be an eye opening experience!!!! it doesnt cost much for round trip plane ticket, shopping/hotel/food are so affordable and diverse. There sure will be something u can brag about at school LOL otherwise, electronics, fake purse, fake accessories, etc are cool too

I'd ask him to get you a ticket so you can enjoy Thailand the way he is going to enjoy it. The room is paid for, an airline ticket isn't that expensive and food in Thailand is dirt cheap. Take you digital camera, you'll get some great shots!
