How many iphones can i bring into thailand from the USA?

I don't think there is a problem with 2 or 3 cell phones. I travel with 2 of them myself. But if you have 10 Iphones that have never been used Thai Customs Officials may consider that you intend to sell them and that would be against the rules! You do have to get caught of course or have someone rat you out. Would they catch you - probably not - but everyone is subject to random checks, it could be your lucky day! Possibly If you get caught you will pay something, maybe even get in trouble with the police. You don't want a lot of questions or problems going through security checks with so many of them in your carry on bag! Frank, the only reason to bring 10 iPhones into Thailand is to sell them. That is, unless you have 10 very good friends here. The iPhone is now being sold here, although in very small quantities, but they are factory unlocked. A US version must be jailbroken, which is a pain in the ****. Unless you got them extremely cheap, it might not be worth your time, effort, and the chance that Customs makes you pay up to 300% customs duty.
