Where should I spend 5 nights in Southern Italy?

Should i spend 3 nights in phuket and 3 nights in krabi or 4 nights in phuket and 2 nights in krabi?

  • i am goin to thailand in december for 9 nights so we spend 3 nights in bangkok and now we are in doubt over spending 3 nights in phuket and 3 nights in krabi or 4 nights in phuket and 2 in krabi or vice versa

    A lot depends on your interests.. Phuket - better shopping, nightlife, partying etc Krabi - More laid back, quieter, great snorkel ling and island trips. It would be a shame to be so close and miss one of those locations, as it would be to miss Phi Phi island which is nearby. Unfortunately 9 nights is no where near long enough to cover all the bases and I hope you intend to fly between Bangkok and Phuket/Krabi as your schedule is very tight.

Skip Phuket 6 days Krabi, I just returned from Phuket last week so I know what Spanky is saying is so true.

This is really splitting hairs - - do you want me to decide this for you? - - I am not a fan of Phuket because it is over-crowded, which to me is less pleasant, and it is more expensive - I find Krabi more beautiful and cleaner... there may be other things to factor into your thinking - more nightlife in Phuket if you are single... the fact that it is over-crowded means that lots of people do like it - - Are you one of those people, I don't know.
