What is the most delicious food I have to try in my vacation in Thailand?

  • Hi, I love travel, I am going to have a trip in Bangkok, Thailand on the New Year holidays, I love exploring new food, Could any one tell me what the food in Thailand you would be most suggest me to try? I mean the food which is tasty, delicious, and maybe traditional ?

    I lived there for a while and these are the foods I miss the most. pad kee mow (drunken noodles) noodles stir fried with carrots, peppers carrot and basil, Mmmm... yum nam sod (salad) lettuce topped with pork, ginger, lime, green onions and spicy chili. Good for lunch on a hot day. Thai spring rolls-- they are different from the Chinese kind, light and crispy, a good snack. My favorite curry is Massaman with seafood--it's uniquely Thai. If you see any sun dried beef jerky being made, that is delicious, too. Make sure you have a cold Singha or Chang beer to was it down, very salty! You can't go wrong with any fresh seafood dish. I try to make this stuff at home, but it never is quite the same. Enjoy your trip~~

there're some that already popular like somtam, tomyam and padthai. there're also some that most people never heard of it but they're really awesome. - kanom jeen. . it's thai noodles with curry. . along with fresh vegetable. . yummy - kaeng khiao whan/green curry. . it's a little bit sweeter than tomyam - phad kra prao/stirred chicken with basil . . this is the most common dish for thai people. . thai style fast food - mango and sticky rice. . "the greatest dessert in the history" that is all i can say :)

Thai food is delicious and varied, but you must try the fruits and experience Durrian, you will love it or hate it! My favourite food is Spicy Papayya salad, Som Tam, it can be very spicy and will make you cough and cry, and will make your Thai hosts laugh and laugh! Enjoy good food and good company on your vacation.

There are so many, your tastes buds will be in heaven with everything your eat over there. I like the fried insects.

Whatever you do, over order! It is polite to order too much food and leave some left over - it means you thought the food was great but ate so much you were too full to finish. It is so inexpensive that it is never a problem. Everything there is fantastic. Don't think I ever had a bad meal.
