Are Thai amulets renting out very cheap in Thailand,but when it comes to m'sia and S'pore it becomes costly?

Good question . I just got back from Bangkok and i noticed that even the Post Office were selling Amulets ! A good Prik Ganet ( Ganesha ) amulet was going for 199 B and some others for about 400 B Then i went to Huay Kwang where there is a Prik Ganet temple and some vendors were selling amulets . I noticed that prices were 100 % higher but not really the same . I bought one silver amulets after bargaining from 900 B to 700 B - brand new in mint condition Somehow i think a good price would have been about 500 B . I think its just business . So if you import one to Malaysia and Singapore expect even 400 % mark up !
