Answer:
When you enter the country you will have a short form to fill out, which asks for your place of residence. I don't think I've ever put anything there. But if it's an issue, just write that you are staying at the Nana Hotel, in the Nana district of Bangkok. That should do it.

Thai immigration wants to keep track of all foreigners entering, 'standing' and leaving the kingdom. You can give them any address they don't check when you enter. If you check into a hotel they (the hotel) will take a copy of your passport and are required to report it to immigration within 48 hours or the hotel will face a 10,000 baht fine. On arrival must be able to show 10,000 baht for a single person and 20,000 for a family.

They could care less where you are standing. It doesn't have to be an hotel, just give them your girlfriend address if that is where you will be standing. As for have funds to support yourself, yes Thailand have been watching philippine people coming into the country without funds. You should be able to show funds in the amount of 10,000 baht of a singel person. And be sure to fill out both sides of the arrival/departure card before you get to the immigrations counter or you will just be holding up the line filling it out then. Yes you can come here without a visa and stay 30 days.
