How to find a travel partner in Thailand?

  • Visiting Thailand from 14 feb to 20 feb 09; alone. Plz suggest which website or discussion board can help me find a travel partner. I am male, 30 and just want to explore Thailand.

    why cant you just travel alone ? why connect yourself to somebody who might not share your interests and that you dont know from a hole in the wall ?

This is clearly your first visit to the land of smiles. A 30 year old single male traveler in Thailand does not need a travel partner, and absolutely definitely not one chosen from a web site or discussion board. The travel partners will find you, like flies to the honey pot, trust me. Your problem will be to loose the last travel partner in time to enjoy the delights of the next one. Six days - you can do a lot of traveling in six days - I wish I was 30 and single.

hi, i went with 2 other people thinking i would be on my own for the how time if i went on my own but i met so many people. A Lot of people in thailand will be in same situation. we went around thailand for a month and every were you go you meet new people and have the chance to travel with them or just hang about in the same place together. you will be fine and have a great time. just sitting in a bar in on the first night you will get nice people coming up to you. (especially the Nice thai women)

If you want a Thai lady for a guide join 'thailovelinks' as a gold member -you should get a good response for a guide. I had plenty of offers when I was a member.

You could post on VirtualTourist. ww.virtualtourist.com sometimes peeps post on there for travel partners. Alternatively pop to Ko Sann RD ,there's people meeting up and travelling together everynight. --------------------------------------… To the guy that posted the last comment -spoken like a true sex tourist! Maybe ,just maybe some people come to Thailand to actually visit the country ,not just `Nail ` as many girls as they can and go home with an itchy ****.
