Shouldn't we get the acid throwers in India to 'face off' against the penile cutters of Thailand?

the delightful local custom in certain parts of India of throwing acid into the faces of young ladles who have spurned your advances is matched only in wickedness by the 'go, girlfriend!' habit of Bobbiting among THai radles who then tied the severed member to a helium balloon and float it away (surgeons were getting expert at reattaching a la j, bobbit) . the Indian injuries are horrific from the car battery acis and the thai injuries are psychologically ruinous. don't you think that we should bring these two delightful groups of perpetrators together in a sort of Smackdown One 'face-off' and chuck them into the snakepit together?
