What is the best and cheapest way to go to Thailand?

  • Can anyone tell me what is the cheapest way to go to Thailand? I have to go there twice this year and need to find the best way. I would be going from London, staying for 2 weeks and my dates are flexible. I keep on looking at websites and cant find anything good enough. Actually they always advertise good prices but I can never find the right dates to get the cheap fares... Thanks a lot for your help!!!!!

    i assume you want to fly. well you just need to kept checking and checking. Go online and check cheap flights on goggle. the most costly time to fly is during the summer season, you may want to wait until September or October time period, most airline prices go down during that period.

I fly to/ from Bangkok and Manchester a few times a year and have found that Etihad Airways are the cheapest I just payed 400 quid for a return flight in May....I booked it through Expedia they have some real good deals.......Enjoy your time in the Land Of Smiles

you may now know the prices are rising,but i could not get a good deal of internet, but my advice is try teletex. i got return london to bangkok via jordanian. two months return the cost was 395 quid. on the return had a stop over in a hotel breakfast was all laid in in the price. wow beat that i hope you do . now on teletex prices are showing 296 quid,not sure details but worth a look? good luck

Try Oasis Air from London to Hong Kong and then check out Thai Air or Bangkok Air for flights to Thailand.

This is an annoying problem. My advice.... go online to check with (for example) this website www.seewootravel.co.uk GET A NAME of someone to speak to (for example) Mr. Kar and go through options with him/her There are of course many agents; this one is good for Far East deals

Check www.whichbudget.com They also list charters available seasonally out of Europe and UK to various airports in Thailand.

What you can do is to find cheap flights into Singapore or West Malaysia. From here, budget airlines fly into Thailand cheap, even cheaper with promotion that cost you about 10 quids one way even. There are a few budget airlines serving this region.
