While planning my vacation in Bangkok in February 2011, I read an interesting article at http://www.cnngo.com/bangkok/shop/center-point-student-market-044738 about the Center Point Student Market. As the article is from 2009 I kindly would like to know if this market still exists? When is the best time to go there or where I find that kind of cheap, designer crafts somewhere else?   Hi the place you asked I looked online I havent seen a specific market place However when I have been in that area there are a lot of market stalls and near to the Siam Area which is where the students hang out more I have seen similar to what is on the website the address they give is Address: 7th floor, Central World, Ratchadamri Road, BTS: Chidlom Read more: Center Point Student Market | CNNGo.com http://www.cnngo.com/bangkok/shop/center-point-student-market-044738#ixzz19WuintQc So you can go to look there at Central World whehter its there now or not after the problems etc I dont know But if you look around Siam Square and the streets nearby and the market I am pretty sure you will see the same things there
