If i go to Taiwan, will i be a benshengren or waishengren? according to below am i benshengren since i'm HAN?

  You would be a DaLu Ren; a person from the PRC with no ties to Taiwan; i.e., just another tourist. Dalu ren (Chinese: 大陸人; pinyin: dàlù rén; literally "mainland people") are residents of mainland China, i.e. citizens of the People's Republic of China. You'd have to had lived in Taiwan prior to 1945 to be a "benshengren", and would have had to have lived here between 1946 and the present AND possess an ROC ID card to be a "waishengren". Thus, you are far, far away from being either of those. You'd be a simple "waiguoren" where it not for your tenuous ties to China, provided you were really born there.
