Or download the Chrome browser; whenever you go onto a page that isn't the language you set Chrome up in, it will ask at the top of the browser if you want to auto translate the page. Note that only translates the text; (and the translation is very inaccurate) Ads and pictures or processed fonts will remain in the foreign language.
