I am really sure about this place, but it was recommended to me before so you might try it too. It is close to the Taipei Railway Station, and close to Chong Qing South Road. Here is the address to that store 台北市中正區懷寧街36 I am not sure what type of magazine it is so this is the best place I can tell you to visit.
