    Hello Kentucky, same as you would when sending English SMS. The only difference is, you have to change the Input Method on your Message Screen. I don't know about your cellphone, but mine has three Chinese Input methods: BoPoMoFo, PinYin, and Stroke. I always use BoPoMoFo because that is what I have always used in reading Chinese eversince I was in elementary school back in Manila. To change the Input method, you have to fidget and play with your cellphone (like what you do with your PSP) in order to discover how to bring the screen out. Basically, it is just right there in the screen where you are about to enter your Message Composition. When you are in the Message Composition screen, try pressing your Menu button, and see if this will work. Good Luck.
