What are some really good Japanese dramas?

Any really really good Asian dramas (Korean, Japanese, Taiwanese)?

• iv been watching quite a lot of dramas and i really want recommendations to any good ones like "it started with a kiss". i don't want a similar story but i want a story as good as that one. what i really liked about it was the fact that it didn't drag on and there was a lot of good supporting characters and the actors felt real. i also liked the fact that there wasn't a big secret that no one knows until the end because that makes the story drag on. Everything was out in the open and the things that the characters do made it worth watching. so any recommendations according to what i said would really help. and if you could put summaries beside your recommendations please and thank you. :)

  Korean Drama: --City Hunter is like a spy/detective drama, --Boys Over Flowers is the classic rich boy/poor girl love story, --Playful Kiss is the Korean version of It Started With a Kiss starring Kim Hyun Joong of SS501 --Full House features Rain Bi, Korea's superstar---really cute couple! Taiwanese Drama: --Autumn's Concerto is my absolute favorite Asian drama. I love Ady and Vanness as a couple! It's considered one of Taiwan's most successful dramas; the soundtrack is also amazing, and the acting is genuine. I cried like every other episode! --Sunshine Angel/Sunny Girl: Starring Rainie Yang and Wuzun (from the band Fahrenheit). About a girl who works as a maid for a rich guy, and both learn how to love their present and embrace their pasts. --Smiling Pasta: Really good acting! About a girl who is cursed, can never be in a lasting relationship, then finds her true love in a most unexpected way --Fated to Love You: And odd tale with a lot of drama...which is why it's a drama. Japanese drama: --Hana Yori Dango: Japanese version of Boys Over Flowers; in fact, it's the original version, besides the book version. --Osen: About an aspiring chef; comments on the gap between traditional and modern Japanese cuisine Those are the only two Japanese dramas I've watched, but they're both pretty good--I'd say Osen in the best of the two.
