There are several ways, but the most popular one of circumventing a block is to use a proxy. I have used kproxy and vtunnel in the past. http://www.kproxy.com/ http://www.vtunnel.com/ Sometimes it so happens that these proxies themselves are blocked. In that case you need to find a proxy that's all new and not known to blocking authorities. There are several websites that advertise the availability of new proxies.
