Where can i make passport photo in tampines mall in singapore?

i need to have passport photo for my IC..but as far as i know there is one at lavender..dun tell me to go der and do it because i cant take photo with school uniform as i read what are the requirements are to make an IC..so i need to go make passport photo on the different day..do u noe where can i find any passport photo instant machine or studio to make in tampines mall?

If I remember correctly, you can walk over to the neighbourhood behind the construction towards the library. There's photo developing shop there that offer instant IC photo. I took mine at Bedok, near the NTUC in the middle for 8pieces for $6.

maybe you can try go to Lian Hin Photo Express that i found on 88db, they are located at Bedok North St 3, and i guess you can just go to any photo shops that are located near your place to take the passport photo
