Nothing belongs to anyone. As its just a piece of paper for human to make a claim. Not even sultan of johore able to make such claims on P.Blanca. As nobody gave it to the sultan in the first place. Everything on this planet is provided FREE by mother nature just that humans are greedy in nature and wants to rule the world. But, it be most fair if Singapore wants it. At least Singapore will maintains that area. As the malaysian government cant even maintains their own buildings.

If there are fool-proof documents and other evidence showing that Singaporeans have been maintaining and manning the lighthouse on Pedra Blanca, then the rock belongs to Singapore. It is a clear-cut case of ownership these past 150 yrs that even neighbouring countries are aware of.
