as far as i remember there was this Filipino who invented a car running on vegetable oil and/or on water. This was bought by some foreign country. And for some reason that person is already gone! I mean he cannot be found in this country anymore since we do not have news on that person/s. Big countries doesn't want it because they will loss a lot of money. Corruption is a business that they wouldn't want to stop. They will only do that if they can find a way to pollute all waters and that water can be controlled.
