Hi there, There are several schools depending on how low the IQ level is. Very low ones might go to MINDS ( IQ of 55 and below). Slightly below average might go to APSN ( IQ level of 50-70). If IQ is below 75, they are classified as intellectually-impaired and will have priority over other normal children to get enrolled into special needs schools (SPED) which take in other special needs children who are autistic, hyperactive (ADHD/ADD), visually/audio-impaired, or suffering from congenital condition like cerebral palsy etc.
