What to do in Amarang, Indonesia during a business trip?

Singtel or other singapore GSM cell phone providers? ?

  • I'm from Indonesia. I'll be going on a business trip to Singapore this month. I would like to know how to get my mobile to work there do I have to sign up? Or just buy a prepaid card. Oh, and my phone is still GSM based and I use INDOSAT (which is now s'pore's)

  • Answer:

You can either: a) apply for auto-roaming from INDOSAT, this way you don't have to have two numbers at one time b) you can buy pre-paid card in Singapore but not all service provider have auto-roaming c) buy those pay as you roam cards. (I purchase one before and it cost SGD10.00 for 900mins to US) hope this helps!

If your phone is un-locked you can simply have a Singapore Sim card from www.RebelFone.com, it works on post-paid basis, no need to by credit or re-load etc.. simply get billed by the end of your trip. International shipping is available.
