I'm moving to Singapore with Landed Permanent Resident status and no job offer. Expats pls share experience?

I'm Graduate from England having exp 6+ years. Are there any expats who planned for job hunting after landing in singapore? Was it easy or difficult? Please share your job hunting experience.
