If you WP is two years , never ! for WP holder only those with 3 years WP is allow to apply ( subject to approved ) . 2 years WP holder even cant apply at all ! ( 3 years WP is for skill / technical work and pass our local NTC test , ask you company , if their willing to support for you to take course for NTC Constructions , (normally not ! because take 2-3 years to pass the test and get NTC certificate,and that time you WP is Expiry )
