    children will be children...the only people you have to blame for the children's attitude or behavior towards others or society would be their parents... when i was a kid, if i stepped outta line, i got to feel my dads leather belt. lol... and i seriously believe it did be good cuz im not in prison. but what i think singapore children lack is appreciation for the safe clean lives they have here in singapore... they've been born into such a wonderful country which provides excellent education, safe up brining and so much security that they dont appreciate it until its too late. Its good that some schools have field trips to third world countires like India cuz this really helps open their minds up to how much suffering and poverty other kids their age have to go through in a day.

That really depends on the parents. Generally, I will stick my neck out and say 'no'. Kids will be kids. Misbehaving kids need to be told off. Certain places are simply not suitable for kids and they should never be allowed to do whatever they feel like. Some of my friends have even restrict the usage of maids so that the children cannot order them around. The maids are to help general household chores only.
