  One agar agar bag, add total 9 cups of liquid, lots of sugar (it should taste very sweet). Put liquid to boil, add agar agar content, stir until clear, add sugar slowly to taste. Pour into bowl. Let it harden, then put in refrigerator. For the liquid, you can use coconut juice (not the milk kind), the real coconut juice. It tastes yummy. You can mix in color. If you want multiple layers, you have to pour portion at a time and wait until that layer is harden, the rest of the content needs to be on low heat so that it won't get harden while in waiting. You can use milk or water for the liquid. If you like the firmer texture, you can reduce to 8 cups of liquid. Good luck
