In Singapore, its called the MRT, not metro. It takes u approx 5 min to walk from Terminal 2 & 3 to get into the Changi Airport Station control station to tap your card to take a ride on the MRT train. If u arrive in Terminal 1 then u need to either take a 15 min walk to the MRT Station or take the sky train to either Ter 2 or 3 and walk to the station, it depends but usually 10 min or approx there. Anyway, all flight arrival in Singapore are International as there is no domestic flight in Singapore as Singapore is small in size and there is only 1 destination, which is Singapore herself, and nothing else.

Singapore's metro is called the MRT. there are entrances from the airport itself. after clearing customs, it is just 5 minutes stroll away.
