How can I find an email pal from Hong Kong?

I want to find a person migrated to Singapore from Hong Kong in the year around 1994 to 1998?

  • I am a guy from Hong Kong. I want to find a Chinese girl migrated to Singapore from Hong Kong in the year around 1994 to 1998. She is my primany schoolmate and should be around 21 years old now. She was lived in Koway Court in Chai Wan and we were studied in the Salvation Army Ann Wyllie Memorial Primary School (A.M.) when we known each other. Her surname is Ko(高). Do you have friendster or facebook or her email address? You can try searching from your common friend network to find her. I found a lot of my primary school friends this way. =) Good Luck

Perhaps you can email the Immigrations and CheckPoints Authority (www.ica.gov.sg) to enquire on that. But i'm not sure if they will disclose such confidential information. Alternatively, Friendster is a good alternative as most people, around your friend's age will have a friendster account. www.frienster.com or maybe check out facebook as well.
