Playstation 3 in Singapore...Best Price,Bundled Games & Region Specs?

Hi I am coming to Singapore on March 6th 2008... I am looking to buy a 40 GB PS3 1.)Any place which sells the PS3 with any sort of bundled accessories, games or movies 2.)Would like to know the best place which can offer me the best price (along with bundled stuff would be nice :-) ) 3.)I would like to know the DVD region codes supported by the PS3 sold in Singapore....i know that it supports Blu-Ray Region-A...but what about region number for DVD movies is it Region 1 or Region 5? The Region Lock is Confusing because i need it to play some region 5 (india) DVDs
