Hotel Near Bugis Junction, Singapore?

Can anybody tell me the hotel name in Singapore which is: 1) Near Bugis MRT 2) Cheap / Value buy (but dont recommend backpacker hotel since we're travelling in family 4 person) 3) Clean, Convenient for family stay for 3 days (one room that can hold 4 persons, we're Asian with average height 150-160cm, so still can fit in small room) Thanks.

Hi Consider Victoria Hotel Singapore. It was renovated last year. 5-10 minutes' walk to Bugis Junction and extremely close to other tourist spots.
