How to send MMS from singapore to south korea?

i just got an icecream phone, so i wanna send text msg to korea n i heard i have to use mms to send. but i have no idea how to send mms. it says msg cannot be sent... i use starhub btw.

Have a check of starhub website and ask them, they're the network provider, their answer can be trust. According from what I know, MMS required additional subcribe, not sure about sending oversea, MMS is exactly same like SMSs, just that you can send picture and video with text below it.
