Any job posting sites for part-time photographers in Singapore?

I'm looking for local insiders who knows how to photograph in Singapore. Currently I aim for students attending art schools like Tisch, Lasalle, NAFA who is interested in taking a part-time job. Where are all these college students go when looking for part-time? Is there any community board or bbs site that I can put the job posting on? Please recommend free posting site please. No budget for posting.
