Where can I check a British's passport?

Can you leave Aus using Aus passport and arrive Singapore using another passport to check-in into Singapore?

• Does it matter if the passport you have presented at the departure hall in Australia is different to the passport you presented in Singapore in the arrival immigration custom? I know usually when you purchase an air ticket you would have to put in the passport that you are travelling with, but does this matter if you have arrived your destination and check-in the country with a different passport which is not the one you used to purchase your air ticket? Anyone is welcomed to answer this question, preferred someone who works in the immigration custom/airport/ travel agent to answer this question for me thanks..

  YES and NO. If you to difference countries passport with SAME NAME / DOB that should be okay, because Singapore immigration will not check such issue and is beyond control by Singapore in such matter. * you may have some / or great problems if you use two difference name and DOB * because AUS need to check you passport and air ticket for issue broading pass.> when aircraft arrived Singapore. , there is a passenger list submit to immigration. Singapore immigration may check you Confirmed onward/return tickets before " stamp " on you passport . so you 2 difference passport and air ticket must use the same name ! as Singapore understand some people are holding DUAL CITIZEN !
