Gluten Free Travel and Eating in Singapore and KL?

What tips can you offer to a celiac that is travelling to Singapore and KL in relation to safe eating. Both Asian and Indian food, I believe are very gluten free friendly but I am concerned about the level of awareness of celiac disease in these places. Also concerned about the use of use based soy sauce. Thanks in advance for your help.

well, i guess depends on what food you want to eat, you can find list of places where you can have good food on 88db, like the Indian food, and perhaps you'll get the gluten free food........hope this helps
