    In the local headshops in your area, they surely have it. But if you can't find headshops in your place, its better to buy it online. The only online herbal incense shop I know that can ship overseas is the Wildfire Incense Mall. They ship in all countries except in Austria, Belarus, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Latvia, Poland, South Korea, Sweden, Estonia, Romania, Russia, United Kingdom (based on their site), as there are laws in these countries that regulate herbal incense.
