Halloween party/event in Singapore?

Kindly suggest where can we go for Halloween party/gathering in Singapore. We have about 12-15 people. Please do not suggest Sentosa or Night Safari as we will be going in one of the nights too. If you are suggesting pubs/clubs/restaurant, kindly advise the name and whereabouts and if possible the rough cost too. Thanking you in advance.
