I would say its not impossible. It's easier if you are a Singaporean or PR. Most companies look for Singapore or permanent residents. Otherwise you will need to apply for a work permit. English is essential for communication in Singapore. Well if you are a university degree holder, its easier to get a desk job. Companies usually look for candidates with job related experiences.
