How do you reach Singapore's Old Changi Hospital?

Overnight at Singapore Changi Airport for non-transit passengers?

Me and my two teenage children are travelling with Tiger Airways flying from Hong Kong to Singapore. I had been in Changi Airport before, but it was so long ago, before it became an Airtropolis. The time I reach Singapore Changi Airport would most probably be after 1.00 am. As I am a Malaysian owning a house in Johor Bahru, which is only few km away from Singapore, a hotel lodging is really not necessary to me. If we were to stay overnight at the airport waiting for the morning bus to the town, would Malaysians passports be accepted as an excuse to stay overnight in the airport? What should we do if we were shoo away?
