Well, i have seen a lot of foreigners looking for jobs in Singapore, well, this may be because Singapore has a good standard of living, like there aren't much crimes and the salary aren't bad at all. Probably if you compare to their country , or where they are from. And many of the foreigners are skilled workers, they will be well paid if they found a decient job in Singapore and the living cost is not much so they can send more money back home.
