How can we check our call history in t-mobile?

Can Singtel customers check their cellphone call history online?

• I was told that Singapore cellphone service providers do not have an online account systems where customers can log in and check their call history, minutes used etc. Is that so? Or is this option available?

  Yes, indeed SingTel and include Starhub & M1 customers do not have this special service and cannot check through their caller histories online. Our local mobile service providers doesn't have this special online feature for customers in Singapore. But I recall that if you want to check the incoming and outgoing calls for a month, you can call up your mobile service provider and ask for a copy of the records, all you need to do is to pay them for the service records. If not, pls kindly call them up to check if actually they have any online service to help you track the calls, maybe it is a special service rendered to customer who particularly called in for the service. But I doubt a nominal charge will surely be incurred.
