where are u coming from? i cant help for job thing, but here qualification is important. if u are degree holder might be easier to get job. as for accomodation, if u want to rent whole unit can try this website http://www.jtc.gov.sg/Housing/apartments/apts+for+rent.asp or u can search online for renting a room.searching thru agent will be faster but of coz u need to pay for it.
