  • Hi i needed to know where are the best shopping places and areas in singapore,il be visiting in jan for a vacation and i am looking forward to shop a lot. I am looking for street shopping and for basic brands such as h&m,zara,forever21. also the best shopping malls and markets for boys.

    If that's what you're looking for, orchard road is the best choice. Just take an mrt (train) to orchard. When you come out of orchard mrt station, you'll see the malls immediately. Most of the malls there are linked. Visit orchard ION, Wisma, takashimaya, Ngee ann city, tangs etc. All the best malls are at orchard road. I go there for all my shopping Some of the good street wear shops there: forever 21, zara, top shop, british india, guess, levis, G2000, cotton on, Fox, Pull and bear, Fred perry, Mango, abercrombie, h&m etc. All the high end shops like D&G, marc by marc jacobs are also there. It's a shopping haven. For cheap clothes and accessories, go to bugis street. Take an mrt to bugis, exit bugis mrt station and you'll see a big sign "bugis street". Just cross the road and there you are. You can bargain there

Orchard Road. Especially malls like 313@Somerset and Ion Orchard. These two malls have quite a number of fashion brands. For some reasonably priced clothing you could try Bugis. If you're searching for local brands or vintage pieces, you could go to Haji Lane. Hope I helped! x :)
