What is the best pension House that does long term stay and around the 700- 1000php a night in Cebu city?

  • Hi Im trying to book a pension house for a month in cebu,i want somewhere nice as im staying for a while..(clean no bed bugs etc lol)somewhere quiet but near to the center at the same time.im finding it difficult to book anything as most dont have paypal or internet credit card systems.Can you recommend one please, that has credit card options? THANKS

    I don't know what you consider the "center" (of city I suppose). The Verbena Suites on Don Gil Garcia st near the Capital is a nice place. I think the rooms were about P900 a night and they had free computer use in lobby. They also have another by same name near President Osmena Circle. I don't know if you can book online via credit card. But I'm sure you could call and make a reservation. If this is near enough in city its a good place to stay.

1, in that price range few hotels only would have credit cards or paypal payment typically is cash only 2. all hotels I have used so far do bookings without advanced payments the easiest would be you arrive, take any hotel for a night or two and during that time you travel around to find your long time pension or hotel. as a general rule, in the price range up to 1000 PHP cash full paid on arrival, you may expect - clean large room - king size bed - warm water - cable TV - air con - free wifi except on premium beach locations, 700 -. 1000 PHP you have a wide range of the most common hotels in the mid class range available. Elegant circle inn in Feunte Osmena traffic circle, its the city centre, also in your price range and has also credit options! great place to watch the sinulog also!

Normally I would say Elegant Circle Inn but they have just increased their price to 1195php. It is a good place to stay - close to many food places, nice people unless you arrive late late at night. You might want to click on "pension houses in Cebu City" for a list of places. it will show rates, contact #s, location & sometimes photos.
