its really expensive to make a call. Try txting ur friend (it cost 8 pesos to txt internationally. ppl have said 15 before, but i tried it and it cost 8 for smart.) Anyway txt ur friend and ask them to call u, coz it only costs them $5 to buy a calling card. assuming you have a pldt landline, use a PLDT budget card. it comes in P100 and P200 denomination. the P100 card can give you 33 mins of talk time

International calls are pretty expensive. Ask globe customer care or smart customer care or check out their site. But i suggest you use skype or yahoo messenger. calls are free.

i am living in (336) Greensboro, North Carolina What's your friends Number so she'll call you instead, di mahal sa amin dito ang tumawag sa pilipinas. we are using prepaid calling cards. 30-40min call worth just of a meal. it's not that expensive especially if we don't call too frequently.
