Can you still apply for a scholarship at ATENEO?

Okay, so I passed the ACET but I kinda regret not applying for a scholarship (just because I was too lazy to fill out all the forms). I really want to study there but the this is, we can't afford it. It would be a great help is I could get even 25 % off. Do you think I can still apply for one?

Yes, you can. But there's an interview. And your parents' income should below the low-income cut off. That's what I know because I have classmates before in high school that took scholarship in Ateneo, and that's what they said.

Try to visit their registrar and get an application form. There is an income requirement to be able to qualify for the scholarship so the Income Tax Return is needed to be attached to the form when submitted. It will take a month for them to evaluate it and they will write you a letter of acceptance or rejection. I was rejected.
