Do an Indian citizen (student in Philippines) need a transit visa in Malaysia LCCT?

I am an Indian national, Student In Philippines holding a valid student visa and passport of India. I will be travelling through Malaysia in Air Asia and i have a transit period of 21 hrs on going to India and on return a transit of 8 hrs. will i get a Visa On Arrival?

Answer:
When you are in transit, you are not allowed to leave the Transit Passengers Area. That means you technically don't enter the country, and are not going thru Immigration. You do not need a visa.
