Are any sports bars open on Thanksgiving?

We're 2 girls visiting Boracay! We like bars, clubs, restaurants and waters sports. Any hotel suggestions?

We are celebrating our 30th birthdays there and are looking to do fun single girl stuff... We chose this over Thailand cuz of it's lack of commercialism and better safety... Some hotel which has bars, clubs, restaurants (has to be on the white beach) within walking distance is what we're looking at... Since we're splurging on out hotel in Manila, we want to go budget in Boracay and save for water sports and stuff... Any suggestions would help...

    Look here on tripadvisor :http://www.tripadvisor.com/Tourism-g294260-Boracay_Visayas-Vacations.html Hotels , resturants, bars with reviews from people that actually stayed there. You won't get a budget room at one of the nice hotels right on the beach. They are super expensive. Daves straw hat inn is the number 1 choice, but it's not right on the beach. But it does not cost P6,000 a night and up either. I'd rather splurge in a nice place like Boracay then a big crowded dirty city like Manila. Go cheap in Manila and splurge in Boracay.

Boracay Regency is a good hotel, quite expensive but you will be safe there.

are you filipino if you were, nothing to worry about, it's your people but if you are white then it's a place where there so much activities going on such as kidnappings and muggings so beware. 2 girls to the uncivilized region, though i grew up there, but i got my maturity in europe it's the place i will never go unless in groups, as well if you are filipinos only 2 girls hmmm im surprised, even in europe girls don't go to bars unaccompanied by men or by groups, we do that here only if we want to meet men, it's the place where you meet companions or find your knight, otherwise we have a very bad impressions with women who go to bars, we say they are whoring for money. since it is for that
