Best holiday resort in Croatia?

Why would a girl in Angeles City Philippines recommend Holiday Inn Clark over Wild Orchid Resort?

I asked this girl from Angeles City Philippines which is a better hotel and which should I stay at and she told me that I should stay at the Holiday Inn Clark "because that is the better hotel". However isn't Holiday Inn Clark further away from SM Mall? and doesn't Holiday Inn Clark not have as good of a pool as Wild Orchid Resort? I wonder why she would recommend the Holiday Inn Clark over the Wild Orchis Resort....
