How long can i stay on vacation in the Philippines?

  • Im a US green card holder. My passport is still Philippines. Many people say i can stay for 6 months. I just wanna know if i can stay more than that. Please submit a website if possible.

My understanding is yes you can legally stay there for 6 months. Anything thing over 6 months and under a year gets into a grey area where you probably need to justify the longer stay. Anything over a year, you risk having your green card revoked. And they will revoke it! Go to www.uscis.gov and type in green card. it says there it says you can stay a year but I would definitely get that verified by them!
